The above-named vendor is being added to a waitlist to provide information or to sell products at the Two Spirit Powwow on April 15, 2023. Please list what information/product you will be providing/ selling:
Vendor understands that they will need to provide their own table (1) and chairs for their space. Vendor is permitted to set up additional tables, lay blankets on the ground, and have hanging racks as long as it does not in any manner extend their sales display space.

Vendor understands that if they have a tent, it is required to be weighted down using sand bags. Staking in the ground is not permitted.

Vendor agrees to set up no later than 9:30am and end promptly at 6pm on April 15, 2023.

Vendor agrees all sales shall remain in the designated booth area and no selling shall be permitted in any other location of the property.

Vendor agrees to be responsible for any children they may bring with them to the event.

Vendor understands Event Staff may not renew a permit, in the event the vendor has not followed the agreement or building policies such a no smoking, parking, proper conduct and courtesy to visitors and other vendors, etc. and may be asked to leave if they do not abide by said rules.

Vendor agrees the Phoenix Indian Center, South Mountain Community Colleges and Maricopa Community College District are not liable for vendor’s workmanship, quality, value or authenticity of any product sold at the building.
