In consideration for being permitted to participate in THUNDERBIRD THROTTLE events and activities, each of the Undersigned certifies this document has been read, understands, and voluntarily signs this RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT, further agrees that he/she is not under the influence of any narcotic, alcohol, or other drug that may impair his/her understanding or judgment, and that no oral representations, statements, or inducements apart from the foregoing written agreement have been made.
