The Phoenix Indian Center (PIC), in partnership with Arizona State University (ASU) and the Southwest Interdisciplinary Research Center (SIRC), is asking for your input to help shape our future permanent community home.

Your feedback will help us create a welcoming, culturally grounded space for community gathering, cultural connection, learning, and wellness.

Survey Details

Open: July 28 – August 30, 2026

• Open to community members
• Adults and youth (with parent/guardian consent)
• Takes about 15 -20 minutes
