2024 Elections Candidate Forum: Land, Culture, Community

“My Vote, My Future”

Join our Civic Engagement Team and meet the candidates and learn how their office will impact your community. The Candidate Forum will offer a space for the American Indian community to connect with candidates to focus on issues important to Indigenous communities. The event will include a Q/A session with candidates, voter registration tables, community resources, and have Native American owned food trucks on site.

MMIP Awareness Walk 2025

Annual MMIP Walk Hosted By the Future Inspired Native American Leaders Youth Council

Join the Future Inspired Native American Leaders Youth Council for the annual awareness walk for Missing and Murdered Indigenous People (MMIP). Participants are encouraged to wear red for MMIP. Bring your own posters, signs, and images of loved ones. We will also have a poster-making station available on- site. Free MMIP Tee-shirts are available to those who register early and check-in at the event! Tee-shirts will be distributed beginning at 8AM, first come, first serve. Join us for this special event to honor our missing and murdered relatives and to bring awareness to our community.

The Phoenix Indian Center has a new home! Stop by our new office in Midtown Phoenix at 4041 N. Central Ave, Building B, Phoenix, AZ 85012.
Our new location is near various Valley Metro Rail and Bus lines at the southeast corner of Indian School Road and Central Ave. The new location will also help better support our growing base of clients, staff, and the wider community for events and outreach. For questions call 602-264-6768.
