Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA) Symposium of Arizona
Join us for this free, one-day symposium to celebrate the recent Supreme Court decision to uphold ICWA. This event will bring together parents, tribal leaders and professionals to share the impacts of ICWA on our Native children who have experienced foster care. Sessions will include speakers and presentations covering the foster care process, understanding Haaland V. Brackeen, keeping culture and connection, and the state DCS ICWA process. Breakfast and lunch will be provided to registered participants. Child care is also available to children ages 5 to 16 (must be pre-registered). To register, click here.
