Community Needs Survey

The Phoenix Indian Center would like you to participate in our Community Needs Survey. We’d like to learn about resources in your community, substance use, and available info on suicide prevention. No one knows your community better than you!

Click here to take the survey today! Plus… be entered into a raffle for cool prizes for participating!

Farewell Party

You’re invited to come celebrate the amazing work that our CEO, Patti Hibbeler, has done during her 17 year tenure with the Phoenix Indian Center. Join us as we wish her well in her new opportunity to serve her tribal community at home in Montana. Everyone is welcome!
